The psychology of the margins, which is based on emotional political discourse charged with regional terms, is what manages the scene of events in Khartoum today..The events in Khartoum are the latest confirmations of the failure of the political elites, and the aspirations of the central state (Kitchener’s state) to achieve aspirations in security and development… Perhaps that failure was An inevitable result of the absence of political, economic, cultural and societal programmes, and I am certain that Leader Hemedti will be the last phenomenon of the growth of the discourse of victimhood (we have worked for you, people). The man ignores that the central state is in its origin an elitist state whose pillar is the people of the periphery. To prove this, let me point out that Mr. Osama Daoud is classified from the marginalized north, and that the President of the Sovereignty Council is from the periphery, as Commander Hemedti achieved unprecedented successes, militarily, politically and financially, but instead of defining the relationship between the center and the states, or amending bank financing systems to accommodate the aspirations of initiative owners from the periphery until the war stops its consequences In Darfur, the leader actively sought to become a central leader, and even outperformed the people of the center in this endeavor, so that the flames of war continue to flare up in Darfur, and the Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council ignores that the political dynamic is based on the principle of advocacy to jump over its barriers.
Perhaps it is well known that language has a psychological effect on the recipient, and the prevalence of marginalization discourse accompanying the achievement of self-gains defeated most of the inhabitants of the most resource-rich regions of Sudan in Darfur, the Nuba Mountains and the Blue Nile. And these forearms are now carrying weapons in the streets of Khartoum to shed this precious blood for cheap, to confirm the inability of the central state to employ their energies in the production areas that call for their forearms to complete the construction cycle.
Sudan, after the results of this war, must be prepared to conclude the contracts for the establishment of the Sudanese state, by returning to the historical regions (despite the challenges) based on well-established laws and regulations, to delineate the relationship between the center and these regions, provided that the people of the solution and the contract in each region bear the responsibility of agreeing on management systems in the manner Which suits the people of the region, and the political elites in Darfur, the Nuba Mountains and the Blue Nile have to agree on developing the Hawakir system by legalizing the possession of land that the British decided in the north and center with the Land Law of 1925 instead of transferring the crisis to Khartoum hinting at the establishment of the Land Commission of Rapid Support and a statement that Khartoum is entitled to whom? And practiced by displacing people from their homes by denying them access to water and electricity.
