I have no doubt that the international system that was formed after World War II ended with the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war. This system is not limited to the United Nations and the UN Security Council only, but goes beyond that, to the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, centers for the manufacture of the Qur’an and institutions Financial and media, and this system has formed a state of mind that supports the imposition of a contract of submission between the victor and the vanquished. There is also no doubt that limiting the description of what is going on today as a military battle between Russia and Ukraine is a short description, as this is a war between China and Russia on the one hand, and the United States, France and England on the one hand. The other side, that is, it is a war between the countries of the Security Council concerned with maintaining international peace. The world today is on the cusp of a third world war between NATO, Russia and China with undeniable economic backgrounds.
The repercussions taking place in Sudan are not far from the centers of the struggle for control and influence to establish the international political and economic scene in the post-World War III era. Sudan’s central geographical location and link are very similar to Ukraine’s location as a link between Russia and the European Union countries, and I mentioned a year ago through a video recording. Sudan, based on its geographical location, is a candidate for Ukraine to be advanced in the Horn of Africa, and the Sudanese state must realize the dangers of the executive vacuum as soon as possible, because Sudan is required today to develop its strategic vision, to determine the destination in light of these global changes, so that it does not become part of the strategy others as we warned before.
The United Nations, through its Secretary-General and the United States, expressed their support for the head of the international political mission, Volker Peretz, but I did not find in this diplomatic supportu a rejection of the Sudanese army’s decision. Rather, they are words of support that do not go beyond reassuring the mind of the international envoy who was expelled from Sudan, and if we assume the insistence of the Secretary-General on his position, then the mission will expire on the third of next June. In a political context, and he is fully aware that if he insists on the presence of “Volcker”, the government of Sudan will simply not grant him permission to enter, and then the council will have nothing left but to use Article VII of the Charter and the use of sanctions, and this is not possible now with the totality of international transformations, and there is no doubt In it, the Security Council, in this situation, will not enter into these labyrinths, and for all of this, “Volcker” has ended his role in Sudan, and there is no consolation for the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
